the staff not helpfull...the room service very bad..its take one day to retify the room air problem...its take a few hours to send us the three pin plug.....we feel the bali garden hotel are better and reasonable rate also...the spa area are dirty and not hygenic....daily sercing the same breakfast....we hope the management will improve the services and the cleaniness ...

Overall cleanliness was achieved at the hotel except in the bathroom in the cottage, where the fittings and tiles were too old and had a bad odour. Bathroom in the cottage ( Room 418 ) must be upgraded so that the hotel's overall rating is consistent.

Overall this is a nice hotel, friendly staffs and spacious room -our room is beach front room.
But breakfast is very poor, no additional for empty food, near 10 o'clock almost nothing to eat.

It would be very difficult to find a better place to stay than Inna Kuta Beach Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect position to enjoy everything Kuta has to offer and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This hotel represents fantastic value and my family look forward to returning.

Our airconditioner wouldn't start on the first day. After numerous calls to reception we got it working but it never seemed to work properly. We had trouble sleeping at night as it was too hot and it seemed to get worse as the time went. We should have asked to be moved or had it repaired. Probably our fault for not complaining???

Sadly due to the renovations during our stay at the Inna Kuta we moved to another hotel. The lovely staff were was doing their best to keep the dust levels down but the noise at breakfast and during the day became very annoying. However apart from that we were very pleased with the hotel overall and thought it would be excellent value for money when the renovations are complete. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other people and would I consider staying there again.

Inna Kuta Beach Hotel is my favourite place to stay whenever I am in Bali. I have stayed there many times, even as long ago, when it was still NATOUR Beach Hotel. Inna Kuta Beach Hotel is the only Hotel in Kuta that has direct access to the beach. The Hotel itself is quiet, at the same time you have only a few steps to walk to the buzzing heart of Kuta. Rooms are comfortable with TV, AC and friendly attendants. Do make your reservations in time. Because of its unique features, Inna Kuta Beach Hotel is often fully booked.

The service was amazing the breakfast was great the pool is beautiful we only reserved the hotel for two nights but we ended up staying 6 nights.It was the perfect start to our one month vacation! We also Recomend ADI one one the drivers that works out front hes excellent!

The location is fabulous if you are looking at staying right in the heart of Kuta AND directly on the beach. The pool is lovely, as is the restaurant. Breakfast is adequate, the usual that you expect in Bali, ie eggs, fruit, cereal (terrible bacon) but the rest is reasonable. Staff are mostly lovely, shame that the trainees do not get paid though but this seems to be all over Bali. Rooms are adequate, clean, but very tired, need an update badly. Bathroom was tired too but clean, no signs of mould in our cottage. Drink prices in the pool bar have risen significantly in the past year! Much cheaper in other places but when in the pool, its lovely to have access to drinks. I would stay here again if the price dropped, lots of better hotels at cheaper rates nearby.

Its too bad that the hotel renovation was held at the time of my arrival, there are lesser facilities that i can use due to the construction, and sometimes the workers seems to peek to my room that makes me uncertain to leave my valuables. but im sure after the renovation, it will be a great place to stay on Bali. the location is just perfect!

We were informed on the hotel's website that there was renovations going on in the pool deck area. However, when we arrived and checked in, we were informed that they were also renovating some of the rooms in the building we were staying in. We were told that the workmen would only be working between the hours of 8am-5pm. This was not the case, most nights they were using noisy grinders and hammering until almost 11pm!!!! We complained about the noise just before 9pm and we were told they were finishing at 10pm, however they did not finish at 10pm. The noise the following morning started before 8am as well, which was very annoying.
Halfway through our stay we were informed that the Coffee Shop was going to be closed for renovations as well!! We were to eat at the beachside restaurant which was nice, but also meant we had to endure further noisy renovations. We would of had a massage in the spa, however the prices were well overpriced considering we had to have a massage whilst listening to constant noise.
The airconditioning in our room was not cold at all. We complained about it twice and they sent people up to fix it, however it was never really 'cool'. This was very uncomfortable considering we had hot weather while we were there and it would have been nice to enter a cool room after a day sightseeing.
Overall we did not enjoy the hotel at all. We will never stay at this hotel again. The only good thing about it was the location!!!

and were delighted with our experience and will be happy to recommend
this property to all our friends and colleagues. In the future we
would like to cover this property on my upcoming TV Channel and also
use it as a base for our crew to cover culture and tourism footage at

liked that the resort was on the beach, very easy access, staff was great, spa was very nice and the accomodations were very nice for the price that we paid and Kutta itself is a neat town to explore while there on vacation. We would have stayed a bit longer but the Hotel was booked solid. The best part though was the experience at Rudy's little beer stand at sunsets. Just ask for Rudy he is in front of the INNA sign beach side.

We were looking for a place where we could relax in our room or on the beach depending upon the mood. Inna Kuta had this choice since it is just located on the beach. It was more like having a private beach access, even in late evening. On the other side of the hotel was the shopping street and hence that added on to our pleasure. The hotel staff is also very courteous and helpful. We certainly would repeat our stay when we visit Bali next.

This would be the worst accommodation i have every stayed in and i stay in accommodation about 9 months each year within australia and mostly asia. Iam in bali 4 times a year for between 6 to 10 days and thought i would have a change. What a mistake It is no mistake what my ratting is and the mangerment team need a lot of training in listtening to the customer.

I enjoyed my stay. The man who cleaned my bungalow was very efficient and thorough. The staff at the bars and restaurants were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the meals I ate there and my drinks were good, too. The facilities were under renovation, so there was a bit of noise and dust, but I'm sure it will all be better once the renovations are done. The swimming pool was nice - looked clean and well maintained. My room was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect - right on the beach and close to town. It was so nice to be able to walk directly onto the beach or take a short walk into the shopping area or to restaurants without having to call a taxi.

On our first day of arrival we found a millipede in the bathroom tub (we rented a villa). The overall infrastructure in the room & hotel wasnt impressive, the spa was in repairs and hence shutdown. The prices are very typical of Bali - overpriced. The redeeming factor for the hotel was the location - Kuta, a central touristy location incase you are looking for this and bang next to the Kuta beach - and Service, very typical of Balinese hospitality.

This hotel in front of starbucks coffe (hard rock hotel). nearest from Kuta Beach. Many ATMs there, and also near from kuta square. But, the breakfast is very bad. The Menu Never changed and also the beacon, it's harddddd. Overall, 7 point for Inna Kuta Beach. BaliHotels is more cheaper than my travel agency. Congrats, and keep working BaliHotels.COM.

We considered Inna Kuta Beach Hotel to be our home away from home while we were in Bali. We traveled around the island and to the island of Nusa Lembongan and can tell you that we rate Inna Kuta Beach Hotel highly in its price range. We paid $70/night for 2 rooms from July 15, 16, 17, 18 & 19 and $60/night for 2 rooms from July 20, 21, 30, 31 and August 1. We also paid $55/night for another room for our son and his cousin from July 22 through August 1. We consider these rates to be in the medium price range.Rooms need remodeling,Inna Kuta Beach is an older hotel and needs it’s bathrooms remodeled. It also needs larger, newer beds. My husband I do not usually sleep in separate beds and it was a long time to be sleeping separately. Also, the bathtubs are scary to climb out of – too high and we are probably taller than most of your guests. Due to the age of the hotel I worried about proper sewage and garbage management. I was also concerned about how polluted the ocean might be. The fountain/waterworks (or whatever that is) at the entrance to the hotel should be dismantled if it is not going to be a part of the hotel’s statement or image. Landscaped with plants and evening lighting and possibly a small temple would be attractive. We didn’t use the tennis courts so can’t include them.
Ten things that we liked:
Adequate places on the grounds to throw away garbage
Bottled water provided daily in glass bottles so that recycling or reuse is viable
Keeping local sellers to the beach
Clean swimming pool
Open air dining at the main dining room and Mentari Grill
Gamalan music with breakfast
Variety of Continental and Indonesian food choices
Community effort to keep Kuta Beach clean
Turtle hatchery and release program that unites locals and visitors
Well trained and friendly hotel staff in all areas of the hotel.

The staff of the Hotel are very friendly and helpful at all times. The proximity to the beach, shopping and entertainment areas makes this Hotel a convenient and pleasant place to spend leisure and business time in Bali.
We are required to travel to Bali monthly for business purposes through to February 2009 and hope to continue to stay at the Inna Kuta Beach Hotel throughout this period.

Hotel is a little run down. The room was rather spacious and we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Location is ideal. We spend 3 nights there and they served the same kind of breakfast daily. The price quoted was in USD. However, they wanted rupiah. As we did not have enough
rupiah, they converted using their own rates and we ended up paying 5USD more. I tried to explain but they don't seem to understand.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at your hotel, Inna Kuta Beach. We thought not only that your hotel was beautiful but also clean, great
facilities (pool area especially) and in a great location. But what we liked best of all was your friendly accomadating staff. I look forward to staying at your hotel again.

Renovation used substandard materials not expected in 5star.
No lift, and front office did not disclose this when we checked in and asked if we wanted to switch to top floor from prebooked ground. Not sincere.
Front office lady staff was absolutely impolite and hostile.
I will NEVER stay in your hotel again.
