Cheap and reasonable price. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Good location in Kuta-Legian street. Nice breakfast menu too. And nice scenery in the hotel compounds itself. However, the room that we had was old and run down especially the toilet and its bed. And the window is facing some bare ground which has some motorcycles parking spaces. It made us felt little insecure from the window view

I found the Kuta Lagoon Resort an incredible value! The room was very nice for the price offered, the setting was very central to the area of Kuta for all kinds of shopping. The resorts setting was very gracious and enjoyable. It provided a quiet oasis in the middle of bustleing Kuta. I found it am excellent entry into Bali. I was greatly pleased with the people, the service, the value, the location, its cleanliness. I give it excellent ratings of 10 for everything. I found it a most excellent value.

Staff were very friendly and its rather a nice place - but for the price you can do alot better, somewhere nearer the beach would be better, but its rather handy if you want restaurants and shops or indeed, loads of hassle as soon as you leave the hotel grounds! Forget the gym (its in need of a make over). The breakfast is pretty good (omelettes are superb), and try to get a room which backs into the pool. Rooms were a little dark with no view (well it was for me anyway)

We had a great stay at this great hotel. Only 2 negatives: The broken tile on the chess set needs to be replaced as Made cut his knee on it and the cutwas deep and required stitches. some other hild may also get cut if it is not repaired. Also we found the outside tiling to be very slippery. I skidded over twice and saw a boy fall. there was warning signs which was good, but the slippery tiles in rainy season would be an issue if we chose to stay there again. otherwise an EXCELLENT stay

I apologise for not answering your first request for comments, I can without hesitation say that both my sister and myself enjoyed our stay at Kuta Lagoon Resort, it was wonderful and I have every intention of returning for a further stay with my husband later in the year. As to your request on a scale of 1-10 I can say all were 10, especially the staff they were always helpful, friendly and whenever you requested any assistance it was always completed immediately. After travelling to Bali many times over the past twenty five years, I usually do not recommend hotels to friends this is the first time I would do this without any reservation. Thank you and I look forward to using your services later in the year for a further booking.

This was the best hotel we visited during our two-week vacation in Bali. The service was excellent, rooms were cosy and clean, and rates were ok. However, rates differ quite much depending if you make the reservation over the Internet or on-site. We recommend using Internet portals or travel agents to ensure good rates. We would definitely recommend Kuta Lagoon Resort to anybody travelling to Bali!

If you want to shop, this place is ideally situated. The room was clean. However, the towels were all a sort of unappealing greyish colour. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed there right before Christmas holiday and in the middle of rainy season. The rooms' corridor was very wet and slippery, very unsafe. Breakfast was good. Location is somewhat nice. During my one and half days stayed, they did not clean up the room even already being asked (maybe because that 1/2 day? But we paid extra as well!). Please do not open the window, since no view. I guess even if sunny day the room will still need lights on to get good lighting.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool access room was quite unique and it was both convenient and fun to be able to jump into the pool directly from our room. As we stayed only half a day, leaving at 9pm for our midnight flight, we can't really comment in detail about many of the services, including breakfast or other meals.

We loved to stay at Kuta Lagoon, overall it is a nice Hotel, kids were happy, we could sleep very comfortable. Foods are nice. Only it is a matter of distance to the beach. A good choice for people who love peace and silent at night. Lower down the rate some will be an advantage for the hotel.

Yes we had a terrific time and would not hestitate to come back...the location of the pool was excellent! The kids had a wonderful time. We wanted to have the kids dressed up in the traditional Balinese costumes and have their photgraphs taken. Your hotel was even able to take care of this. My partner wanted to have the usual balinese music instead of the "boom boom " music. No problem. In fact, nothing seemed a problem. We loved your hotel.

We were told that it was with in walking distance of the Hardrock Hotel and beach. That was truly my only disappointment. The food was delicious, the room was wonderful, the price was right, and the massages were wonderful.
The pool needed to be cleaned, but with so much rain that was understandable.
