i found it a great location at the casa padma but the price of the beer at pool was far to expensive.

This hotel is fantastic and the staff are brilliant i will be telling others about it and we will be staying there again. It is close to fantastic restaraunts even the hotels restaraunt is well priced and the food was superb and there is a great little pizza place next door with pizza to die for.

Will stay there again, staff very friendly, rooms good size, sheets and bedding clean. All good J

Very pleasant and courteous service. Accommodation was excellent though a bit higher than Bali standards but suite size made up for the difference. If you are party goers this is ideal with night life all around could be a problem if you wanted an early night but OK if you have joined in. Breakfast is off the menu and substantial which is included. Small boutique and not over crowded even at AFL sea

Basically, i quite satisfy with the hotel services & facilities provided with the rate offered. Another reason is the hotel location is very strategic due to it is located at the kuta-legian beach which is easy of accessibility by walk to the beach and town.

We had a great stay at the Casa Padma, ideal for a family and love the smallness and friendless of the hotel. Great location for the kids & shopping. Good all-round mid price hotel, great value for the money. My second time there and will defiantly go back again.

The hotel need to improve significantly on cleanliness, used plates are being left along the doorway overnight. I can even find two big cockroaches inside my room. The pool does not seem to be very inviting as well. However, the hotel is centrally located and very near to the beach and eateries in the area.

It was truly an enjoyable stay at Casa Padma Suites. We were given a room upgrade for free which was great and the rooms were all clean and spacious. Thank you so much!

The only problem I had apart from having a room without a balcony was the limited amount of space for motorbike parking.

The smell of disinfectant was overbearing as was the smell of urine in the room which the disinfectant was supposed to hide! We complained and were moved to another room which was much nicer smelling! But it was inconvenient given the time. We wonder why they would even allocate this room without renovation!!!!!

The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the restaurant staff are not. They don't look friendly at all. Surprisingly, room service is not offered 24 hours. So one night, we had to call room service/operator about 3x to request for a bucket of ice. The superior suite is spacious, clean design and modern. However, maintenance in terms of water stains on the paint on the corridor/halls leading to the room and bedroom are seen. Temperature is good. Breakfast is good, however, typical serving/size for Asian tourists. The location is good, we had easy access to the market and 24-7 hour convenience store. The karaoke bar across can be heard faintly so it's bearable. They close early before midnight so not bad. Best of all, I commend for their honesty. We left USD exposed in the bedroom by mistake while we were taking our tours. The reception people were kind enough to count the money and keep in their safe until our return. During these times of travelling and fear of these "mistakes", it was a big relief that Casa Padma Suites extended this kind of efficiency and honesty. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. I would go back in the future.

I've been in Bali and Indonesia 3 times before, and what I've seen at this time is the hotel and food's prices have had a sharply increase, you guys are charging in US$ dolar, western price but you guys don't give us a western service!!!! The most hotels in Indonesia and Bali are in a disgusting conditions of maintenance and higienic. The Casa Padma rooms was in a deeply lack of maintenance, the wall's paint was peeling and coming off, woodness furniture was peeling as well, all of the wall on outside, at corredor, everywhere was peeling, rusty and the paint coming off. The bathtube was cracked (in many rooms) and that's a hazard you can get sick of hepatite, herps, and much more sicknness from those litle crakers... A non-smoking area rules is applyed in most of western contrys, it's really anoying when you are having breakfast or any meal and there's people smoking near to you. Instead you enjoy the food tasty, you have to tasty the cigarrete smoking!!!!!! I think the western price is not afordable and dosen't match to a hotel conditions in Bali.

Overall is good especially the room is very spacious and with 40" Samsung LCD! However, our room piping system has some problems. During shower time, the shower room almost flooded.

This is the hotel where my boyfriend had proposed to me at. However, we were rather disappointed with the arrangement he had with the hotel staff, when he ordered a bouquet of flowers with champagne, it turned out to be a table flower setting with champagne. We could not identify the bouquet of flowers anywhere. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and satisfactory, with services adequate and friendly staff.

It was our honeymoon, location was great next to the rice fields, the bungalow - superior was nice too..odd that the bathroom and toilet was downstairs.. and clean.. and airconditioner would have been better......there was only one overhead fan in the whole room... service was good - bali style.. and dont rent bickyles of them... old and hard to ride and expensive.. much better to source it yourself... overall the location was great...and a good environment to just laze around all day

the pictures on the website paint a different picture from the reality!! The hotel is very run down and in need of a face lift including the rooms, while the bathroom needs to be redesigned.

This was the first hotel that I stayed at as I flew into bali and it was a warm welcome. The room was very comfortable and of generous size. Your room gets cleaned every day whilst you are at breakfast. The staff are very friendly and always there to help when you ask. I will say that the pool is lovely to swim in however, later on in the day, half of it is in the shade, this includes the half with the pool bar unfortunately. Apart from that, I was very satisfied with Casa Padma Suites. It is a small 5-10min walk to the beach front. You are on quite a busy road but this is not really a factor at night time. There is a karaoke bar opposite the hotel but it closes reasonably early and therefore doesn't generate too much of a problem.

the bathroom design was very bad. The water spread out around the floor without any shower curtain. Moreover, the water from shower was so little which i need to take at least 20min each time shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful .they were there in the early hours for me to check in as arranged.I had booked a standard room which was clean neat and tidy.the location was good close to the pub/restaurant called "Posers"which was very popular and as I was alone for the first 3 days' was a great spot to meet others .the street which runs from Seminyak down to Kuta is at the end of jl Padma ,the street in which the hotel is on.It is a major shopping adventure whether you go left or right!not to mention the streets running off it.if you go right when leaving hotel you go towards the beach and kuta.a good walk but never dull!taxis new where it was and was only a short fair from kuta.on my last night I went back to Casa Padma and booked intoa deluxe room for $73.00 aud (550.000)rp the room was large with lounge and large bathroom/bath it was modern and plenty of room.the standard room had a very small bathroom,you could nearly rest your head on the basin when on the toilet!the tiling was a bit grubby neaded a good mould remover!On my last day i visited the Bunga Spa which was lovely but very tired looking.the shower area was filthy and the walls were crumbly and mouldy.It was very tired and out dated with daggy plastic flowers.Looked more like an old brothel!none the less the service and treatmeant was lovely as I had a massage on the second day in bali elsewhere and was so bruised couldnt have another till my last day . I did see painters there painting when I was there but a little elbow grease wouldnt go a stray on walls and some of the clear glass panes which sheltered the restaurant from the sun.great lady at the bar with good english and knowledge .I had a wonderful time and would definately stay at the Casa Padma again.

The A/C in my room worked extremely well. The breakfast included with the room rate was very good value & quite tasty, too! It seemed as though the pool deck was being revarnished, therefore was unusable. My room was fine, though the bathroom tended to flood from the shower. Afterwards, it smelled a bit like mildew. Though the staff was very friendly, I did NOT get all of my messages, even though I once specifically asked them if I had any. Laundry service was good.

I would like to thank you all staffs in Casa Padma. I and my husband really have fun with the accomodation. It is really convenient too, the hotel is really near to the the market.But, one thing i want to comment about staffs in Casa Padma. I think the staffs should be more polite and smiles always especially to the customers.Other than that was goods such as the view and services.

was a fantastic place!! for the $32 US the rooms, service & brekky was perfect.

The hotel is a bit old and tired, and the toiled was really badly maintained and there was no hot water. The room itself was spacious and clean and the location was hard to beat.

It was our 2nd visit to Casa Padma, and it was splendid. Me and my wife enjoyed ourselves very much. This time we got the Executive Suite. Decent room facing the pool. Within walking distance you'll find lots of souvenir shops, cafes, cyber cafes and spas.

The room i stayed is Deluxe suite, the room and bathroom is big, very clean, but the air-cond very noisy at night and not cool at all and stop function at night for few time, the bathroom sink is leaking water n the shower is really run down, water spread every where, and don't forgot to close the window or else the rain come inside and water all over the floor.. Breakfast is good and the swimming pool is lovely, good location with many shops and restaurants, staffs friendly and helpful.

Before i stay at Casa Padma, i was staying at another hotel in Kuta which at the same price at Casa Padma. But the previous hotel was more enjoyable than in Casa Padma, because: 1. The room in Casa Padma was way too small for a double and smell funny. 2. The bathroom was also way too small. 3. They didn't put a sheet for the quilt in our bed. (we obviously saw stains on the quilt) 4. However, the 15 min welcome massage was good. Overall, i probably wont stay in Casa Padma again, because for the same amount of money you obviously could stay in a better hotel. Hope this could help them (Casa Padma) to improve their service. Anyway, i think Balihotels's service was great and i had a fast reply from you guys.

the pool is just fantastic, the room was great for the price, bathroom a bit small but ok, i wanted brighter lighting in the bathroom. breakfasts perfect, service very nice.. friendly but not in your face. I will definitely be returning there.

The hotel is well designed with a pleasantly different layout in a stylish decor. Unfortunately much of the hotel requires a lick of paint and in many areas re-plastering and wall repairs are well needed. Our bathroom had a leaking sink and water pressure on the bath taps was so weak it rendured the bath useless. The hotel has much potential should these flaws be seen to. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great value for money, convienient to local area sightseeing, shopping and eating spots. Would have liked a "happy hour" at the swim up bar but realise this may not possible with a small hotel. Loved that it was a small hotel and able to meet other travellers, especially as I went on holiday by myself. Staff very friendly and helpful with tour bookings. Very glad to stay.

First we booked the Junior Suites, and when we arrived the room was upgraded to Superior Suites, the room is very nice, we loved it, the bathroom is excellent, bedsheet also clean, the location is only footsteps to the beach. Would suggest the Hotel to have Lift or Escalator to the third floor. Sure will be back again to this hotel next.

i just have problem with AC ..its was bad....i change another suite,but its same...i hope they replay AC.the hotel good and staff very nice ...good and cool location.

The fact that when we got ther we were told that the room we booked was unavailable (1 of 2) and that we were up graded to the better class made us feel great but then wonder.. overall, Casa padma suites is good.

The first night we arrived we found healty, running-around big cockroach in the room. Good thing the reception have pest spray ready, although that brand is too weak for big cockroach. other than that it was pleasant stay.

liked the location. Hotel was in my view good value. Toilet a little small. Had a short nice stay and staff friendly.

Everything was great, the bedroom, the bed, the environment, the location, the services, the breakfast, the staff, EXCEPT the bathroom, it's so small and run down..... so need to renovate it.... but don't mind to stay there again.
