All in all the Puri Madawi is a very nice and quite place but a little bit far from the center and the last road is very pumpy!

We loved our stay there - the rooms (although not too clean) had a great layout - and the staff were just wonderful - smiling and service oriented!!!

Without an own car or motorbike it is impossible to stay in this hotel. To far from major road or locations in Semyniak.The bungalowroom was nice, comfortable and well equiped

Very friendly place and good for little kids. A bit of a hike to the main area and a very bad road to get there (some taxis won’t go) but close to the beach. We really loved it.

Gorgeous place but very out of the way and taxi's had a hard time finding it. other than that it was very modern and clean. i think you can get more for your money in Bali though with a place that's not so far removed. However, if you want a remote location, then you'd love this place! any additional comment ?

The bungalows are very nice, modern Bali style, large and airy, bathroom like a small garden.
Nice, friendly but unobtrusive service.
Unfortunately the location is not easy to access without a car/motorcycle and no restaurants, shops etc nearby. Also, although only a 100m from the beach, there is no access as the road stops at a wall. This is why the price, alhough right for quality and service seems a rather high for such poor location.

I loved the Puri Madawi. I felt imediately relaxed and comfortable in the lovely surroundings. I thought there was great attention paid to detail and nothing was lacking. The location was great - 3 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely warung on the beach selling cheap and delicious food. I have recommended the Puri Madawi to quite a few people since coming home and found it a really womderful end to our Bali holiday. Our Taxi driver had a hard time finding the Puri Madawi and he stopped and asked quite a few people where it was and no one seemed to know. I was very relieved when we finaly arrived. I would recommend that you put the address on the confirmation of booking email so that visitors can find the Puri Madawi more easily. Thanks and I would definately come and stay again.

Is it really required to have a large can of insecticide/roach killer in the room not a very welcoming sight for the guests as when the see it they expect problems with bugs/cock roaches. Best to take out of rooms I feel and have cleaning staff spray areas every other day to keep bugs a bay. My family enjoyed there stay and the staff where great.
