It's ok for short stay or just transfer. Due to construction next door is very noisy now. Food is overpriced and luck of taste. We not recommended for romantic gateway

I would have put 10 for all of the categories, but I thought it might look as though you have fixed the results. We very much enjoyed our stay at your hotel, and it is hard to find fault with anything. My children spent hours in your pool, the rooms were really nice, staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. We would love to come and stay with you again soon. It is only the cost of airfares from here that will prevent us from coming every year.

Nice bargain hotel

The hotel was fine but the security at night should be better as some people party loud in their rooms until 3am.Otherwise all was fine..

We arrived at the wee hours of the morning due to about 1 hour flight delay which I have email the change of (new) time of arrival to BaliHotels.com. Unfortunately there was no one to pick us up. Luckly I have the hotel phone number, call them and they came immediately. Otherwise everything else were smooth.

Very nice and clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Fair walking distance from central Kuta (about 10mins). However it's perfect location for last day of your stay if you want to get quickly to the airport next morning. "Family friendly" is more disadvantage or discomfort if you're single or with your girlfriend both looking for quiet place to stay: you may find your neighbours having a little child crying all night - like we did first night, but I guess these things may happen anywhere else. I loved their spa: 2.5hours massage for Rp200.000 is very reasonable price. Free transfers from and to the airport are good thing if you don't want to be ripped off by taxi drivers. I found breakfasts bit boring and monotonic after few days, but it's a problem of many other hotels as well, not only in Bali. Where it's not so hot is the price: you can say USD48 is not a lot of money, but thing with Febri's is that the price is fixed and we didn't manage to get any discounts even if we stayed altogether 4 nights in there (wanted to stay even more but they didn't have free rooms); I reckon you can find better bargain elsewhere than that. Overall it's worth reccommending hotel, especially if you don't mind to pay USD 48 per night

The hotel should have steam/sauna facilities.
