Nice hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately sofa bed was very uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the floor.

We had a great time at the patra and would definitely go back there. the pool water was a bit cold but we still swam. the staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. the food let the hotel down a little although the nasi goering was fantastic! on another note i was very disappointed with your service. i booked a transfer through you and everything was fine on my arrival but when i confirmed the return transfer i got an email very late in the day on the day i was leaving to say the car would not be available. that is very late notice and it is just lucky i checked my emails or i would have been there for a very long time waiting to go to the airport! that is not good service and i find it very disappointing. i am sure i would not book any further transfers through you.
