We had a great time at this hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Bali. The hotel staff were fantastic! The only negative comment I have is the cleanliness of the room upon arrival - it wasn't very clean and I had to ask the hotel reception to replace our towels and change the bedding on two days during our stay.
