Very good address in the jungle but we were surprised when we arrived because it must descend 120 steps to reach the rooms and the hotel is 20 minutes from Ubud, but the environment and the rooms were beautiful and original, and finally we have not regretted it. The SPA and massage were very professional and very nice, just too chlorinated Jacuzzi. The restaurant and breakfast was good and complete. Address to recommend.

There are no signs of the the hotel on the road, so very hard to find it, but once you get there you find the place very peacefull and quiet.
Perfect place to relax and get out of the city.
The staff was very friendly, I can not expect better.
The pool looks nice but the water is freezing cold, not realy good for swimming.
The worst thing was the breakfast. We got the same thing every morning. Was very poor choice comapre to the price what they are asking for (actually no choice: eggs every day)!

The TV too small but better that nothing. More DVD movies to choice from will be better. Good Experince! The View is best! The Aircond have problem. Shower is good!

What made the experience unforgettable was the extraordinary energy and charm of the Hotel's manager, iwan Surbayi who made our stay that extra special by his amazing commitment to our enjoyment at every point - he should be specially mentioned !
